HPL Modular Cleanroom Wall Panels
High-pressure laminate (HPL) coated modular wall panels for cleanroom environments with superior chemical resistance and design flexibility.
Advantages at a Glance

Superior Surface Quality with HPL Technology
HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is a surface material created by pressing kraft paper and decorative paper with phenolic and melamine resins under high pressure and temperature. The 3 mm HPL surface provides extraordinary resistance to scratches, impacts and abrasion. Its antibacterial and non-porous structure makes it ideal for hygienic environments.
Wall Connection System
Thanks to the unique aluminum perimeter profile and 3 mm integrated gasket adapter profile, panels join flush and compactly. The gasket creates ideal space for silicone, providing a leak-proof and hygienic surface. When the gasket is removed, each panel can be easily dismantled, allowing machine or material entry.
Design Flexibility
Megalife HPL Panels offer a wide range of patterns including wood, marble, stone and metal textures in addition to solid color options. RAL9016 is offered as the standard color; custom colors are available as options. Additionally, magnesium and lead sheets can be added, and 25 mm UPVC cable ducts can be integrated.
Chemical Resistance
HPL coating shows high resistance to commonly used disinfectants, acids, bases and solvents. No color change or surface degradation occurs when exposed to cleaning agents such as hydrogen peroxide, isopropyl alcohol, and sodium hypochlorite.
Certificates and Standards
Megapro HPL Panels are fully compliant with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. They meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements. Manufactured according to UNE-EN 14509 specifications and compliant with ISO 14644 cleanroom guidelines.
Walkable Ceiling Integration
Megapro HPL panels can be used in the walkable ceiling system with a load capacity of 150 kg/m². This system provides safe access for maintenance and inspection while offering flush connection with diffusers and Megapro IP65 lighting fixtures. Seamless integration of components maintains air-tightness and the highest cleanliness standards.
