Walkable Cleanroom Ceiling Systems
Heavy-duty walkable ceiling systems enabling safe above-ceiling maintenance access for HVAC, electrical and medical gas services.
Advantages at a Glance

Above-Ceiling Access and Easy Maintenance
Walkable ceiling systems provide safe access to HVAC equipment, electrical installations, and medical gas lines in the ceiling void. With a 150 kg/m² load capacity, personnel can safely walk on the ceiling to perform maintenance and repair operations.
HPL and Stainless Steel Surface Options
The critical surface (bottom) can be selected as HPL or stainless steel. The top surface is made of galvanized steel. It uses the same dimensions and aluminum profile system as wall panels, ensuring seamless flush connection at the ceiling-wall junction.
Modular Integration
HEPA filter units, laminar flow modules, diffusers, and Megapro IP65 lighting fixtures are integrated into ceiling panels with flush connection. The air-tight structure maintains the highest cleanliness and contamination control standards.
