Stainless Steel

Steel Grades

  • AISI 304 (EN 1.4301): Most commonly used grade containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Provides adequate corrosion resistance for normal hospital environments.

Corian (Solid Surface) Panels

Corian is a solid surface material composed of acrylic polymer and aluminum trihydrate (ATH). Its non-porous, homogeneous, and thermoformable structure is ideal for hygienic applications. Vinyl Wall Cladding

Infection Control and Surface Selection

Research shows that surface roughness (Ra) is directly correlated with bacterial adhesion. Bacterial adhesion decreases significantly on surfaces with Ra below 0.8 µm.
