Adhesive Mounting Method

Ideal for 8 mm compact laminate panels, this method applies double-sided VHB tape and structural silicone adhesive to the panel back. VHB tape instantly secures the panel while silicone adhesive provides permanent bonding. A completely flush appearance is achieved with no visible screws or fasteners. Up to 40% more economical compared to traditional mechanical fastening systems. Minimum joints and connection points minimize bacterial harboring risk.

Hook Mounting Method

Suitable for 8 mm and 12 mm compact laminate panels, this method provides mechanical connection by interlocking the Z-clip/hook profile fixed to the wall with the corresponding profile on the panel back. Panels can be easily removed and reinstalled for maintenance, utility access, or modifications. Adjustable sub-frame allows precise alignment on uneven walls. Mechanical connection offers safe load capacity for heavier 12 mm panels.

Hygiene and Chemical Resistance

HPL compact laminate surface is produced under high pressure from phenol resin impregnated kraft paper layers. Its non-porous structure prevents bacterial and mold harboring. Silver ion technology provides antibacterial efficacy >99.9% in accordance with ISO 22196 standard. Resistant to aggressive hospital disinfectants including chlorine-based, quaternary ammonium, and peracetic acid. Suitable for operating rooms, ICUs, sterilization units, and isolation rooms.
