Wall System Design

Wall cladding panels are installed on a galvanized steel substructure consisting of U profiles anchored to floor and ceiling, with C profiles connected vertically. Profiles in 50 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm widths accommodate different wall thicknesses. 21 mm thick panels are produced by coating the surface material onto fire and moisture resistant gypsum board substrate. Single-piece panel height up to 3000 mm eliminates horizontal joints. Modular design allows individual panel removal for easy access to subsequent plumbing, electrical, medical gas, and equipment installations.

Surface and Hygiene

Stainless steel surfaces (AISI 304/316) are offered in polished, satin brushed, or antibacterial painted RAL 9016 standard color; optional RAL color selection is available. Galvanized steel panels are coated with antibacterial powder paint RAL 9016. Glass surface option is mounted on a steel frame with optional decorative photo printing. All interior corner panels feature curved design providing smooth transitions that prevent bacterial harboring. Surfaces are resistant to common hospital disinfectants and abrasive cleaning agents.

Technical Performance

Rw 55 dB sound insulation performance provides acoustic comfort in operating rooms and intensive care units. Air permeability is tested in accordance with TS EN 1026 standard at 0.35 m³/h·m². Panels provide sealed joints with maximum 7.5 mm joint width using special gaskets. Compatible with flush mounting of doors, glass panels, and medical gas outlets.
