Cleanroom Pass Box — Static & Dynamic
Stainless steel pass-through boxes with interlock mechanism for contamination-free material transfer between cleanroom zones.
Advantages at a Glance

Prevent Contamination at the Source
Pass Box is a critical equipment that prevents cross-contamination during material transfer between rooms with different cleanliness classes. The interlock door mechanism physically prevents both doors from opening simultaneously.
Static and Dynamic Models
Static pass box models are basic solutions where material is transferred without air circulation. Dynamic pass box models include HEPA H14 filter and fan unit; after material is placed in the box, it is washed with clean air to remove surface particles.
Smart Control System
The electronic interlock control unit continuously monitors door states and provides information to the operator via LED indicator panel. It can optionally be integrated into the building management system (BMS).
